XO is an owner-led brokerage in Motor City. We pay up to 70% commission, add 5% in coins when you hit your target, and put real support behind every listing. If you bill well, you should be paid properly for it.
The XO Coin System
On top of your commission, you earn an extra 5% of your billing in XO coins. Coins are banked in your account and can be spent on yourself in any month you hit your target.
Bill AED 1M in a month and you bank AED 50,000 in coins, enough for a Rolex.
Your split rises with your rolling quarter
Your level is set by your rolling quarter. When your billing over the last three months reaches a level's quarterly target (three times its monthly target), and you have billed in at least two of those months, you move up to that split.
Coins are earned monthly. Hit your monthly target and you bank an extra 5% of that month's billing in XO coins.
Associate Director is earned on the year. Bill AED 2.5M in a calendar year and you move to 70% with extra perks.
